1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this Agreement carry specific meanings:

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" refers to the db88 website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has registered on db88 or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created on db88 in the Member's name.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in the Member's account (real money and bonus money combined).
• "Bet" refers to funds placed to participate in any game or event on db88.
• "Bonus" refers to additional incentive funds granted to a Member by db88, which can be withdrawn upon meeting specified conditions.

1.2 Rules of Interpretation

In this Agreement, singular words may be read as plural and plural words as singular where the context requires. In case of any ambiguity, db88's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open and use an account on db88, you must:

• Be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• Provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and accurate personal information.
• Open only one account — multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited.
• Use the account in your own name and for your own personal purposes.
• You may not place bets on behalf of a third party or using another person's funds.

2.2 Verification of Information

db88 reserves the right to verify a Member's identity and information at any time. If a Member provides incorrect information or fails to cooperate with the verification process, the account may be suspended or closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the Member's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (including password) confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to db88 support immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on db88: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Please ensure the correct account number and details are used when making a deposit.
• The Member is responsible for any failed transactions due to incorrect information.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. db88 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal if necessary.

• Withdrawals are only possible to a mobile banking account registered in the Member's own name.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing from any bonus balance.
• db88 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on db88 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus with a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus with a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = completing ৳30,000 in bets makes winnings from the bonus eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A Member may not claim the same offer more than once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• db88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is identified at db88's discretion, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet placed on db88 is considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. db88 may void a bet placed at an abnormally incorrect price or based on incorrect information due to a technical error.

5.2 Maximum Bet Limits

db88 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event, which are displayed on the platform. Bets outside the stated limits will not be accepted.

5.3 Cancelled Bets

db88 may cancel a bet and refund the bet amount in the following circumstances:

• Due to a technical error or system failure.
• If incorrect information about an event was published.
• If a game or event is officially cancelled.

5.4 Responsible Betting

6 VIP Program

6.1 Tier Structure

The db88 VIP program has three tiers. Members can progress to a higher tier based on their gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP cashback and other benefits are provided at db88's discretion. db88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel these benefits. VIP status is non-transferable.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db88 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device.
• Artificially structuring bets for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Attempting fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another Member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Automated betting using third-party software or bots.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 db88's Rights

db88 may suspend or permanently close any Member's account at any time without prior notice, particularly if:

• The Member breaches any term of this Agreement.
• The information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected on the Member's account.
• An instruction is received from a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Member's Rights

Any Member may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting db88 support. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure, the bonus balance will be cancelled; however, any remaining real deposit balance will be returned subject to proper verification.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss resulting from the Member's own negligence or the actions of an authorised third party.

11 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For any complaint or dispute, the Member should first contact db88 support. db88 will endeavour to resolve all valid complaints as quickly as possible.

12 Right to Amend Terms

For significant changes, db88 will endeavour to notify Members via their registered contact details. However, this is not an obligation on db88's part.

13 Applicable Law

For all matters relating to the interpretation and operation of this Agreement, db88 follows applicable international online gaming standards. db88 is a safe and reliable platform, and SSL encryption and fair play are ensured across all transactions.

The Member acknowledges that it is entirely their own responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online betting and gaming.
